• Men: 53%

• Women: 46%

• Silent clients or no gender specified: 1%

• Military personnel: 49%

• Loved ones of military personnel, friends, and colleagues: 42%

• Veterans of the ATO in Eastern Ukraine: 2%

• Civilians with crisis requests: 7%

• Average duration of a counseling session: 47 minutes

• Most sessions in one day: 18 (on September 20)

• Longest counseling session: 1 hour 59 minutes
