• Men: 57%

• Women: 43%

• Military personnel: 48%

• Loved ones of military personnel, friends, and colleagues: 41%

• Veterans of the ATO in Eastern Ukraine: 5%

• Civilians with crisis requests: 6%

• Average duration of a counseling session: 34 minutes

• Most sessions in one day: 17 (October 28)

• Longest counseling session: 1 hour 59 minutes
