UUA collaborates with the psychological helpline Varto Zhyty which provides free counseling for military personnel and anyone affected by the war. Every Ukrainian can access high-quality counseling from a psychologist.

Here are the counseling statistics for the military (and military family members) support line for August 2024:

- Men: 44%

- Women: 54%

- Silent or unspecified gender: 2%

- Military personnel: 38%

- Veterans of the ATO in Eastern Ukraine (2014-2022): 4%

- Loved ones, friends, and colleagues of the military: 52%

- Civilians with crisis-related requests:6%

Session Statistics:

- 29 minutes: Average duration of a counseling session.

- 16 sessions: Maximum number of sessions in a single day in August 8th.

- 1 hour 59 minutes: The longest counseling session was recorded.
